 So many people makes decisions for building up their business but the point is do you make the right decision before building your business to avoid mistakes and regrets,in this article I will be sharing on decisions to make before developing a business career.                                   1) know the type of business you want to develop. this is very neccneces because when you know the type of business you want to develop it is very favourable at the end,if you copy another person's footsteps you may eventually lose everything so go for the type of business that you know you will favour you.          2) The area you want to develop your business. if you want to start up a business you should also consider the area you want it to be,deveopi ng a business in an rascaled or non developed area that is a road for failure.you need to start up a business where there are good roads ,and were the weather condition does not affect,an area where people can notice you ,a place where people mostly are and if you take that step you will enjoy your business.                                             3)capital(money) for your business is very necessary because you can start a business without money,y yo must finalize your business so for the growth and it's development.you need to have the specific amount of money based on your business because all buissness do not start with the same amount of money so you must consider money a very important fact in starting up your business.

4)Write a budget for your business. this plan is a very necessary pattern to play because your budget consist of how much goods you want to buy,land,construction,and expenditure so if you miss this role it will really affect your business,so many people start up buissness today and not realizing that this is a very important role that makes up a business , so it's very important while starting up a business.          5). Know the sales of your goods or products. all buissness that someone partake in ,he/she always has a price to fix on his/her  products because when you have a particular price for a product you know it is considered a product but you need to give the right price because it's part of your business when your goods are not in a good price depending on how your budget was made that buissness is welcoming failure,so inorder to avoid this you must have a benefitial price for products before starting it up.                   All this point I have laid are the main steps to take before starting or building up a business ,all are very inportant.

Lagos airport bus driver brings back missing jewellery over $20,000 to owner

  A driver that carries passengers from the airport to the r various homes at mortula Mohammed airport returned a bag containing $20,000 jewellery and other valuables worth millions of naira,  it was forgotten in  one of the buses that conveys passengers from the airport by the owner.       According to mumuni,the group corporate affairs manager,he said the bag belonged to a prominent Nigerian who boarded a flight from murthala mohMoham airport to Port Harcourt,rivers State. according to him at 3:10pm on August 30,a bag was forgotten inside a caostar bus used for carrying passagers from the airport with a plate number Bdg689gw.     The bag was picked up by the owner of the bus,Mr Emmanuel and brought it to the aviation security supervisor,wh wh the bag was opened they found $20,000 ,#500,000 in five bundles very expensive wrist watches and jewellery in two golden purses.    The owner was contacted immediately so they boarded the bag with safe security men to Port Harcourt and the owner
